Duplicate / Multiple profiles of the same person are not allowed on Mangliks.com. Mangliks.com reserves the right to deactivate all multiple profiles. You may not engage in advertising to, or solicitation of, other members to buy or sell any products or services through the service. You will not transmit any chain letters or junk e-mail to other Mangliks.com Members. Although Mangliks.com cannot monitor the conduct of its members off the Mangliks.com Site, it is also a violation of these rules to use any information obtained from the Service in order to harass, abuse, or harm another person, or in order to contact, advertise to, solicit, or sell to any Member without their prior explicit consent. In order to protect Mangliks.com and/or our members from any abuse / misuse, Mangliks.com reserves the right to restrict the number of communications / profile contacts & responses / e-mail which a member may send to other member in any 24-hour period to a number which Mangliks.com deems appropriate in its sole discretion.

You may not use any automated processes, including IRC Bots, EXE's, CGI or any other programs/scripts to view content on or communicate / contact / respond / interact with Mangliks.com and/or its members.

Your telephone number can be viewed by paid members, please be careful. We will from time to time send you SMS and emails.

As a Mangliks.com member, you confirm that your profile can be uploaded on any of our group/portal website.Mangliks.com is not responsible if members don’t update their details and status. Also we don’t promise that members will get preferred profiles as per their choice as we have users of all communities.

We may send automated system generated emails to other members on all websites/group portals with your profile, however no personal details of any kind will be send with this emails.

4. Proprietary Rights in Content on Mangliks.com

Mangliks.com owns and retains other proprietary rights in the Mangliks.com Site and the Mangliks.com Service. The Site contains the copyrighted material, trademarks, and other proprietary information of Mangliks.com, and its licensors. Except for that information which is in the public domain or for which you have been given permission, you may not copy, modify, publish, transmit, distribute, perform, display, or sell any such proprietary information. 5.  Member Disputes

At Mangliks.com you are solely responsible for your interactions with other Mangliks.com Members. Mangliks.com reserves the right, but has no obligation, to monitor disputes between you & other Members. Mangliks.com also reserves the right to take appropriate action against errant members. However, Mangliks.com is not obliged to share such action with other members, including complainants.

6. Refund policy

Registration is free on the portal. If you are a paid member you can cancel within two days and if you have not used more than 10% of Paid features like View contact number & Written Emails of other members combined. However if you have used the services we are not responsible for you to get a match.

7. Other

By becoming a member of the Mangliks.com service, you agree to receive certain specific e-mail from Mangliks.com. This agreement, accepted upon use of the site and further affirmed by becoming a member of the Mangliks.com service, contains the entire agreement between you and Mangliks.com regarding the use of the site and/or the service. If any provision of this agreement is held invalid, the remainder of this agreement shall continue in full force and effect. All copyrights and other material are with Mangliks.com.
